The owner selects which verification details gate staff can see. Guardian contact details and raw card credentials are excluded from gate responses and offline rosters.
Controlled offline storage
When enabled, prepared phones store encrypted rosters and pending attendance. Disconnected phones retain existing permissions until they reconnect or offline access expires.
Records with a history
Attendance corrections preserve original events and record the actor, time and reason. Device capture time and server receipt time are kept distinct.
Know the limits
QR and static NFC identifiers can be copied. Staff must compare the card holder with the permitted details. Browser storage can be lost; encryption does not prevent screenshots or protect a compromised phone. Unsynced records are not guaranteed recoverable.
