The website presents current package offers and accepts inquiries. Submitting an inquiry or creating an account does not take payment or automatically start a subscription.

Quotes and activation

Your written quote confirms package inclusions, student or member capacity, annual service dates, card quantities, delivery charges and any applicable taxes. Quotes have expiry dates. Paid service begins after a recorded activation; a trial must be explicitly granted with an end date.

Software and cards

Software is an annual service and card packages are charged separately. Refer to the current pricing page and your agreed quote for prices and inclusions. A subsequent public price change does not rewrite an accepted purchase.

Attendance and device limits

A card scan is an entry or exit record, not proof of identity or all-day presence. Staff must supervise holder verification and offices must review exceptions. Phone compatibility, connectivity and offline recovery should be checked before operational use. NFC card supply does not include an unimplemented reader integration.

Renewals and support

Confirm renewal, cancellation, refund, support and data-retention terms in the written service agreement before purchase. This page provides service information and does not replace that agreement.
