Prepare in the browser you will use

The owner must enable offline mode and select the fields staff may see. Each authorized phone prepares an encrypted roster in its final browser or Home Screen installation. A roster in one browser context is not automatically available in another.

Keep the local passphrase safe

The offline unlock passphrase is separate from the account password. Resetting the account password cannot recover a forgotten local passphrase. Authorized phones must be unlocked before they can use their encrypted records.

Upload and check the result

After reconnecting, use Upload attendance and check the resulting status. Saved on this phone, uploaded, awaiting office review and an unconfirmed outcome are different states. Do not clear browser data or reinitialize the phone to resolve a pending upload.

Review exceptions in the office

Expired policy, revocation and suspicious records can require office review. Original signed records remain available to the upload/review process; stale offline information does not create new online authorization.

Understand what can be lost

Browser eviction, uninstalling, clearing data, losing the phone or forgetting its passphrase can destroy unsent records. Disconnected data cannot be remotely erased on demand. Test reopening, locking, interrupted uploads and reconnecting on your actual phones.
