Website inquiries

When you request a demo or quote, CampusPass records the institution and contact details, service interests, approximate student or member count and message you submit. Our platform team uses this information to respond, prepare quotes and manage the follow-up you requested. Please do not submit personal student, member or guardian information through the public form.

Your preferences

We record your preferred contact method. You can ask the team handling your inquiry to stop contacting you or to review, correct or remove your inquiry details, subject to records that must be retained for an agreed service or other applicable requirements.

Institution records

Roster and attendance records belong in the authenticated institution workspace. Institution roles control access. Authorized staff may see permitted details, and owners can enable encrypted offline copies on registered phones. Browser storage can be lost; screenshots and copying by an authorized user cannot be prevented absolutely.

Website and app

The public website and application use separate hosts. The application uses session cookies for sign-in. A campaign source label may accompany an inquiry or signup to help understand how institutions find CampusPass. This website does not install advertising trackers. It records anonymous public-page views, demo clicks, pricing interactions and form starts for up to 90 days. These event records contain a page, campaign label, event identifier and time, but no form contents, visitor identifier or individual roster information. Inquiry records are separate and are used for the requested follow-up.

Before service begins

The written service agreement must identify the operating business, contact channel, applicable retention periods and responsibilities for institution data. Confirm those details with CampusPass before submitting real student or member information.
